    • Our staff will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return address.
  4. Return Shipping:
    • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise decided by XC Carbon Drone staff.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that the product is safely returned to us. We will not be responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
  5. Inspection and Refund:
    • Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to verify its eligibility for a refund.
    • If the product passes inspection, we will process the refund right away to the original payment method used during the purchase.
    • Refunds will not include the original shipping charges.
  6. Non-eligible Items:
    • The following items are not eligible for return:
      • Any files sent through our Custom Printing request form.
      • Personalized or custom-made products.
      • Items marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable."
