- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise decided by XC Carbon Drone staff.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that the product is safely returned to us. We will not be responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
- Inspection and Refund:
- Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to verify its eligibility for a refund.
- If the product passes inspection, we will process the refund right away to the original payment method used during the purchase.
- Refunds will not include the original shipping charges.
- Non-eligible Items:

- Any files sent through our Custom Printing request form.
- Personalized or custom-made products.
- Items marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable."
